The Morganton Snow Ball was started in 2021 by a group of dedicated volunteers as well as Craft’d and the Morganton Cigar Club. They plan and host the annual fundraiser, which boasts an impressive silent auction and delicious fare!

This special event celebrates the most wonderful time of the year while generating much-needed proceeds to benefit Southmountain and help ensure our high-quality programming will continue for generations to come.

2024 Event Details

We are excited to be back at the City of Morganton Performing Arts Center (401 S. College Street) in downtown Morganton this year from 6 PM until 10 PM on Saturday, December 7. Wear your dancing shoes because AL G & Friends will be performing live and you’ll be dancing the night away! As always, Countryside Catering will provide a mouthwatering meal and local businesses will ensure you’ll have plenty of “shopping” to do at the silent auction. Fonta Flora Brewery will generously provide their rustic and savory libations and Timely Planning & Co. will serve a handcrafted, signature cocktail as well as a variety of mixed drinks. Zero-proof beverages are also available.

REMINDER: All ticket holders have a “seat at the table” (literally, open seating is provided for all attendees); however, only our Snowflake Sponsor or purchasers of a Tinsel Table will allow for eight reserved seats together.
